Nancy Reiner is a Managing Director at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she focuses on placements for in-house general counsel and assistant general counsel at corporations, for partners and associates at law firms, and for interim contract attorneys at both law firms and in-house legal departments. Prior to that position, she was the Executive Director of the Boston office of Counsel On Call. Nancy was also a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston for 17 years, where she initiated, litigated and managed several public interest cases, including the Commonwealth's case against the tobacco manufacturers and the City of Boston's case against the gun manufacturers. She worked on other public interest cases regarding mold damages, mercury injuries, lead paint poisoning and junk food marketing. She was an active member of Brown Rudnick's Pro Bono Committee, a board member of the Greater Boston Legal Services and an adjunct professor at Northeastern University School of Law for "Mediation in the Public Interest." She is currently a board member of the Public Health Advocacy Institute and the co-chair of the Mass. Bar Association's Eco-Challenge to make law firms more sustainable.

Dianne Callan has over 30 years of professional experience, most recently as Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary for the NMS Communications Corporation, a publicly-held telecommunications solutions provider. She also served in in-house positions, including Deputy General Counsel for Lotus Development Corporation for 10 years. Reflecting her profound concern about climate change and her interest in renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, Ms. Callan participates in the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, the MIT Enterprise Forum – Energy SIG, the ABA Renewable Energy Resources Committee and Environmental Entrepreneurs (e2).

Paul Schwartz is a partner in the Business Law Department at Goodwin Procter LLP. He concentrates on private market finance with an emphasis on the real estate industry, including collective investment vehicles for United States and foreign institutional investors, joint ventures, participating and mezzanine debt and REIT investments. He is a member of the firm's Private Investment Fund, Real Estate and Real Estate Securities and Clean Tech Practices. He is also a member of the National Advisory Committee of the Union of Concerned Scientists, and has a special interest in climate change policy and carbon finance. Christopher Mirabile is the Founder & Managing Director of Race Point Capital Group LLC, an investment group focused on early stage capital for transformative technologies in high tech and selected green tech start-ups. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Iona Technologies PLC (now Progress Software) and an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP. He is currently the President of the American Corporate Counsel of New England (ACC-NE) and the Executive-in-Residence at Northeastern University College of Business Administration, supporting the college's Executive Education curriculum by designing, developing, delivering and facilitating executive workshops and conferences for business and legal professionals.
